Search the Register - check who is registered with NRIC
You can search the register for details of an individual care and support worker using the fields below. If you know the ID number please include this where possible as one.
How to search the Register
If you are unsure how to search or didn’t get the results you were expecting, the following information may help you:
- More than one person may have the same name, so location and ID Number will help get a more accurate result
- If possible, please use the ID Number when searching. The carer should be able to provide you with their ID Number
- You cannot search using first name only, both first and surname is required
- Individuals may be registered by the name they are known as at work. For example if someone called Angela is normally known as ‘Angie’, try using both names to search for the person
- When entering a person’s first or second name in the search box, do not add a space after the name
If a person you search for does not appear on the Register, this may mean they are not currently registered with NRIC.
